Pharmaceutical marketing is unique in nature as it is not targeted at the consumer but at healthcare professionals who in turn interact with the patients. As such it is a blend of both scientific insight and marketing acumen which is very difficult to achieve. In addition, the challenge of catering to diverse manufacturers from around the world with their own marketing strategies and perspectives makes our task a very complicated one.
